2. Ordering from us
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order:

(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

3. Pricing
3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.

4.1 Payment can only be made through worldpay at the time of order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
4.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this Website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception: While we try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

15: Returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods,please contact customer service explain the reasons, simply return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible after you cancel your order and we have taken receipt of the goods that were returned. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you
- Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.
The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery. Any personalised products, cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
We regret that postage and packing costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded. Even if you have qualified for free delivery when placing your order, a postage and packing charge of £1.45 per item will be levied on unwanted items and deducted from any refund given.

You have a duty to return the item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract.

Some items may require assembly if any items are missing from your delivery please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Colour
The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
Wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer service quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Faulty item
If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse or indeed no fault is found.If this is the case then the item can be returned to you at your cost but no refund given.
Special Deliveries
With some products we may offer a deliver and assemble service.Dates are agreed and cannot be cancelled on the day of the delivery.If the delivery/ assembly cannot be delivered due to circumstances outside of our control then an alternative date will be arranged.If upon arrival to the arranged address no persons are present to accept the service then the costs associated with that visit will be Bourne by you the customer.This will consist of travel costs/man hours booked.
